Please note that all products we supply are for trade use on commercial equipment, it is your responsibility to ensure that parts are fitted in a safe manner, by a competent person and in accordance with local regulations. All technical information and advice is given in good faith to be used at your discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage relating to items purchased or information provided. You must determine the most suitable parts and procedures prior to carrying out any repairs relating to the products and services offered on this website. Just as with any other electrical appliance, always ensure that electrical supplies are securely disconnected prior to commencing any work. If you are in any doubt, please consult a qualified professional.


Returns & Faulty Products:


All items should be carefully inspected on delivery. Parts are not returnable or refundable once they have been fitted.

Bespoke and special order items are non-returnable.

Certain items are not returnable under any circumstances. These include but are not limited to: PCB control boards, sensors, seals, gaskets, hoses, water filters and consumables.

All items should be carefully inspected on delivery.  In the unlikely event that a delivered product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately. Notification of any defect must be made within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you.

We will need to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. It is your responsibility to determine suitability of supplied parts prior to installation. We cannot be held responsible for faults or damage arising from incorrect diagnosis or faulty workmanship.

To arrange for products to be returned you will first need to contact us to request a returns form within 24 hours of delivery. Fill in the returns form with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will either dispatch a replacement or process the refund. Return the item in original unused condition including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier.

We require the return of the products within 14 days of the refund request being made. On no account should you return any item without contacting us first. All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

If an item you receive does not match the description on the order and has been incorrectly picked, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send a replacement item as soon as possible.


Cancellations / Unwanted Items:


You will not be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched, however you may return goods that are no longer required at your cost within 14 days, subject to the above conditions. They must be unused, in their original packaging, in saleable condition together with the receipt and your completed returns form. Items returned that were correctly specified at time of purchase will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. You will not be able to return special orders or one-off items. We do not accept items back after they have been fitted. Any of the above conditions are subject to change and at our discretion.
